Privacy Policy
Effective April 21, 2026
This page explains how Allied Tree and Land Pros (operating the blog at localblog.alliedtreeandlandpros.com) handles information collected when you visit this site. This is informational content intended for visitors; it is not legal advice. For specific legal guidance, consult an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
What we collect
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs of incoming requests — IP address, user-agent, referrer, timestamp, response code. These are used for debugging and abuse prevention. They are not linked to individual identity by us.
- Nothing else by default. We do not run analytics pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers on this blog. If that changes we will update this page before the change takes effect.
Cookies
This blog does not set cookies of its own. Your browser may retain standard technical data (cache entries, HSTS state) that is not shared with us.
How your data is used
- Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for operational and security purposes, then rotated out of Vercel's edge log storage automatically.
- We do not sell, rent, or share visitor data. We do not build advertising profiles.
Third-party services
- Vercel serves this blog's static files from edge locations worldwide. Their privacy policy covers the log retention mentioned above.
- GitHub stores the source of each article as a static file repository. GitHub only sees commits made by the publishing platform, not visitors.
- ARC Affiliates operates the automated publishing platform that prepares these articles. ARC does not access visitor-level data from this blog. See arcaffiliates.com.
AI / LLM crawlers
This site's robots.txt and llms.txt both explicitly allow AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, CCBot, etc.). We are opting in to AI-powered discovery and citation so that readers finding us via ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google SGE receive accurate, up-to-date information about Allied Tree and Land Pros.
Your choices
- Disable JavaScript or cookies at the browser level — this site works without them.
- Use a VPN or privacy-focused browser — we serve the same content regardless.
- Request removal of any server-log data tied to your IP by contacting us below.
